I fear I’m going to be seeing more of this place as my ophthalmologist tracks come problems in my eye, watching out for a possible retina tear. The appointments start easily, then progress to a deep look into my eye which is phenomenally anxiety inducing for me. The doc is very good and nice, but I really wish I didn’t know him.

We had a celebration for our departmental Teacher of the Year today and the student turnout for Andrea Hudson was phenomenal. And not at all surprising. We need to figure out out how to keep her around permanently, these temporary contracts just aren’t fair to her, us or the kids.
