Washington, D.C.

Long Ride North

Somewhere on I-95, Virginia

I loaded a University of Georgia van with students and drove them to Falls Church, Virginia, so they could attend the National Press Photographers Association Northern Short Course for the next few days. It’s a long haul, but the value is immense – I have so many memories of these events from my undergrad days, things I saw and learned that will impact how I tell stories today.
