Started dark, ended wet.

Sunday’s trip resulted in the purchase of new bookcases to replace the overflowing one in the kids’ playroom. Which meant, of course, the old bookshelf had to get hauled out … and all of its bounty put somewhere.

This, believe it or not, is after most of the books had been re-shelved.

The holidays were not quite as happy as we’d hoped, but we survived. The decorations are all down now, but the ornaments were waiting on a new storage box. Which made for an oddly covered dining room table this morning …
