Visualized Sound

Spent the day as a class chaperone at the Lyndon House Art Center’s Harvest Festival. I thought this would be one class touring the museum … boy, was I wrong. There were easily 1,000 elementary school kids roaming the grounds and halls in semi-ordered packs. The cacophony was deafening – it sounded like this looks to me.

I glanced over a balcony to get a top view of this Nash Metropolitan on display … unlike this woman, I have been intrigued by these cars for years and really want to drive one.

Last Leaves

We’re about to rip down our porch … just before it falls down … so I’ve been hacking away at all the trees and shrubs around it. Last set of leaves here on a tree that was 30 feet tall and about 15 feet in diameter.

Really liked that tree, hope it grows back.
