A little rain, a little chain link.

Over the summer, all of the bulletin boards in the building get cleared, only to be refilled once the students return.

This is the shed I need to remove, rusted and collapsing but still picking up a sheen after a little rain.

It has been many years since we had a bunch of trees removed from the backyard and I have never been able to get grass to grow there. The root structures sent up sprouts for a while and then they started to collapse, creating sinkholes the mower sunk into more than once.

One last try …

Well, we are more than rooms full of chairs.

Students scatter in search of buses and ways forward.

First meeting with my intro kids today, one of the better conversations. Hopes are high right now.
