As part of our Entrepreneurship Symposium, we got to bring back Steffenie Burns. Two years out, she’s working for the NFL, Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United – kind of becoming a rock star.

My colleague Keith Herndon has run a mobile news program for students every fall for several years. They talk with industry insiders and then produce projects created on and delivered to mobile platforms.

Duncan has been unwell of late. A lot of trouble breathing and today he stopped eating. By late afternoon, he was gasping for breath and turning blue.

The Mrs. and I grabbed him and rushed him off to the vet hospital. They scooped him out of her arms and ran him back to the ER and were able to stabilize him.

He’ll be spending a few days there while they try to plot out a path forward.

Seeing this pup struggling to breath was brutal. He’s resting comfortably now in an oxygen box.

Headed to campus with the boss for our college’s homecoming tailgate. It was a little damp.
