Took a morning walk in the rain and fog, still made for nice scenes.

Out west to see family, an evening walk through a garden light show.
And, with this post, I conclude year 12 of this photo-a-day project. By my math, that’s 4,382 consecutive days. That’s … a lot.
More as it develops …
Heading west for a bit, see some family, maybe chase some sunrises.
Very quietly, the students filed out at the end of the last class. A small but powerful group, they will do well.
Now, I wait until January to meet the next group and see what stories they shall see.
An amazing evening Georgia Theatre as an all star band played Big Star’s 1972 #1 Record all the way through. Centered around original drummer Jody Stephens, Pat Sansone (of #Wilco), Jon Auer (of #thePosies), Mike Mills (of @rem) and Chris Stamey (of #thedbs) were joined by others (including Bill Berry). The craftsmanship of the original record was matched by the performance – this felt like a band that’s been playing together for years. (This may also have been the first show in a very long time where @profjoewatson and I were amongst the youngest members of the audience …)
The dismantling of our bridge/parking lot continues with the old tracks being cut up.
