It’s been years since I had to call AAA, thought I was past those days of driving old cars that would occasionally fail beyond my mechanical abilities.

Nope.

In Atlanta, in traffic, the timing belt snapped … motor may be toasted.

When does 2013 start?

My wife, though her blog, has taken on A Cause. There’s an adolescent hospital we’ve been dealing with that has a large population of young foster girls. After mentioning it a few times, and the needs these kids have, her readers have stepped up and donated over 200 boxes of stuff.

It’s pretty awesome, but I think UPS is starting to hate us …

I would love to join a club that talks about civics. But I’m thinking this isn’t going to fit my beliefs in civics and civility …
